Reception Admissions

Bishop Gilpin is a two-form entry primary school admitting 60 children to Reception each year. Up to 30 of the 60 places per year are available to Foundation Place applicants, please refer to the Admissions Policy for more information. 

Parents wishing to apply for a place for their child(ren) should read our School's Admissions Policy carefully before completing the eAdmissions online application form.  If you are not a Merton resident please apply through your home local authority.

Parents wishing to apply for a Foundation (Church) place should also complete a Supplementary Information Form.

OPEN MORNNGS FOR PROSPECTIVE PARENTS and CARERS 

We are delighted to announce the dates for our upcoming Open Mornings for Prospective Parents and Carers who are interested in applying for Reception or Nursery for 2024/2025.  

If you would like to attend one of the Open Mornings, please book a place using the links below. Each session will be limited to 25 people but we will of course create additional dates if there is demand for this.  

Each attendee will need to complete a separate form. Please note that to ensure effective safeguarding we will only be able to admit parents/carers who have registered in advance.

Our Open Mornings run from 9.00am to 11.00am and involve a presentation from the headteacher and a tour of the school.
